FICX is a technology company revolutionizing customer experience with their no-code, digital CX development platform that enables businesses to automate customer journeys.
Formerly known as CallVU, FICX had recently undergone a repositioning and rebranding process, and needed a new website that clearly communicated the power and benefits of their software.
We aimed to establish a visual language that was clean and modern, but not too serious. In addition to building out various layouts and compositions, part of the brand communication relied on creative product illustrations that we helped conceptualize and execute.
UX for CX
Without presenting direct product screenshots, we were tasked with communicating the purpose and power of FICX’s development tools through visual compositions and clear navigation to help educate and engage users.
With FICX providing their users with so many features and capabilities, the website had to break down the specifications and use cases of the product in a multitude of ways.
Educate & inform
To better serve their corporate customer base, the FICX website incorporated ways to highlight the companies resources documents, case studies and press.
FICX launched a robust, newly branded website that helps tell a better story around the company’s product with engaging visuals and information.
